Oenotropic Innovation supports producers of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages through three key areas of expertise: - Fermentation process development for the production of spirits (rum, etc.), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, cider, fruit juices), with the primary goal of enhancing their aromatic qualities. - Development and supply of custom ingredients to meet technical (e.g., filtration) and sensory (e.g., texture, aroma) objectives. - Provision of aromatic supports through our network of partners.
